Beautiful morning for a 4.5ish-mile run from Stranahan down the University Parks Trail and into Wildwood. Route took us over the covered bridge and then around the remainder of the multi-purpose (brown trail) to loop back to the U Parks Trail and head for home. Prayers for the troops, for patience with our kiddos, for Trojan’s co-worker just completing radiation, and for Dory as he begins a new job. Rose was the 6 and gave a nice talk about how thankful he is to have other men to hold him accountable as he had thoughts about not getting out of bed that morning. Always an honor to lead!
