RUN AROUND
Weather: 42F with no wind
PAX: Cogsworth, Ticket, Sipe, Pinewood (Q), Gadget
Circled up at 5:30 for the 5 core principles and credo. Kindly informed the PAX that they may or may not like what is planned but to suffer through.
THE THING:
Ran the typical winter route except we all stopped at the bottom of the manor house loop as it was time to change some things up. Ticket decided to sprint to the loop so he set the pace for us all.
We then sprinted half of the loop up to the manor house and then jogged back down. Repeato x 5
Once done we had the choice to jog back (3mi), jog to the covered bridge and back (4mi), or through the covered bridge to the top and back (5mi).
Circled back up for count-a-rama and name-a-rama. Only 4 in the circle so no 6 today. Announcements were Ticket promising a fantastic beatdown at Stone Wolf on 3/31. Prayer intentions were for those traveling and Pinewood’s friend in hospice. Ended with a prayer and got on with our day!
