PAX (11): Trojan (Q), Goose, Sipe, Mulcahy, Brita, Ollie, Klinger, Jimmy Dean, Cogsworth, Ticket, Ozzie
The Thang: 11 pax ran from Stranahan into Wildwood OYO and met at the visitors center. All Pax engaged in a series of dynamic stretching (butt kickers; knee grabs; alternating walking lunge with core twist; walking toe touches) followed by a jog around the main parking lot. Pax were then given two options.
Option 1- Continue dynamic stretching sequence and jog, dropping one stretch each lap (i.e., only the first 3 for lap 2, only first 2 for lap 3, etc.).
Option 2- quarter mile repeats around the lot, alternating 5k pace with jogging pace
Pax completed 8 total laps and headed back to the main AO at own pace for a total of 4.5 miles.
COT: Ozzie shared the importance of sticking to a routine and starting the day right with a beatdown. Mulcahy offered prayer intention for gratitude. Announcements included NFL draft viewing at B-Dubs in Sylvania on Thurs night and reminder of Pub Ruck on Saturday beginning at Casual Pint at 1:00.
