    LOCATION: The Commons
    DAY: Tuesdays
    TIME: 6:00 PM
2nd F: Bar Louie (Levis Commons) 7:00 PM

Inaugural Beatdown at newly established “The Commons” was a great success. In the heart of Levis Commons, in a well lit area with music and a nice grassy area, in front of 2 hotels and several restaurants, made for a great location with plenty of possibilities in the future. I want to personally thank those that came out to support the launch (even if some heavy handedness was involved). I am humbled and honored. A particular thanks to Stark and Flo (you guys know what I am talking about).

    The thang
the beatdown began with 11 PAX (yes 11) showing up.
Warumps began with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, and Squats in cadence.

Exercises was themed 12 days of Christmas with the following:
1st day 1 lap around the AO
2nd day 2 Big Boy Situps
3rd day 3 Plank jack shoulder taps
    4th day 4 Inclined merkins
    5th day 5 Burpies
    6th day 6 Absolutions
    7th day 7 Box Jumps
    8th day 8 Lt Dans
    9th day 9 Merkins
    10th day 10 tricep dips
    11th day 11 surenders
    12 day 12 Imperial Walkers

    Q = Myron “Tupac” Bowers
PAX = Chris “Charman” Tracey, Gaetano “EVOO” Nuvoletta, Dave “Flo Walden, Bill “Chanel” Colon, Rey “Patriot” Gamboa, Rich “Huckelberry” Thielen, James “Cajun” Gaspard, Matt “Stark” Yarder, Cesar “Dr Dre” Rios, Jeffery “Thermo” Watts

There was one FNG, Jeffery “Thermo” Watts. Welcome Thermo.

The beatdown ended in usual way, Count-o-rama, Name-o-rama, know the six, announcements and prayer intentions.

But the fun did not end there, six PAX joined for a very nice 2nd F at Bar Louie.
Thermo, Stark, Flow, Charmin, Huckelbery and Tupac.

An absolutely great opening day for the new AO.
