Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

10 PAX: Jimmy Dean, Huckleberry, Windex, Paperboy, TuPac, Huffy, Sideshow, Ponzi, Smokey, Sipe

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. We moseyed over to the parking lot where YHC explained the beatdown. We decided to move to the grass for the beatdown.

COT, COR and NOR. Our KT6 was Windex.

In the COT, prayers were lifted up for job opportunities for Huffy and Smokey, those dealing with illness, our troops and first responders.

Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG:

In a circuit loop, each PAX does the following:
From starting point, bear crawl along line of parking spaces, stopping at each line for corresponding merkins:
1st pass = 1 merkin on 1st line before running to far end
2nd pass = 1 merkin on 1st line, 2 on 2nd before running to far end
    3rd pass = 1 merkin on 1st line, 2 on 2nd, 3 on 3rd before running to far end
At the far end of line was burpee station
    1st pass = 1 burpee
    2nd pass = 2 burpees
    3rd pass = 3 burpees
From the far end of parking spaces, reverse crab walk, stopping at each line for corresponding inverted pickle pounders:
1st pass = 1 IPP on 1st line before backpedaling to starting point
2nd pass = 1 IPP on 1st line, 2 on 2nd line before backpedaling to starting point
    3rd pass = 1 IPP on 1st line, 2 on 2nd, 3 on 3rd before backpedaling to starting point
Back at the starting point, we did big-boy sit-ups:
    1st pass = 1 rep
    2nd pass = 2 reps
    3rd pass = 3 reps
We repeated this circuit until time ran out
