Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

Perfect conditions for a beatdown. Started out in the COT. Jeopardy brought an FNG! Went over what F3 Means, the Mission Statement, the Core Values, and the disclaimer.
We started out with 25 Side Straddle Hops and 20 Slow Merkins (3 count down, 1 up). After that we reviewed the Beatdown main activities and off we went. the beatdown was:
Pair up in Groups of 2 (possible 1 group of 3)

    Station #1
Square Run- Ladder Run, Sprint, Side Shuffle, Back Peddle,Side Shuffle. 3 Cycles

    Station #2
Decline Merkins (Feet on Step) 25
    Dips 25
Incline Merkins (Hands on Step) 25

    Station #3 30 Yard
Sprints (Each Direction is 1) 2
    Hops 1
    Heismen 1

    Station #4
    Bicycles From Your 6 (2 is 1) 50
Back to Back Ball Handoffs 50 Revolutions
Big Boy Sit-Ups (Ball exchange at the top) 25 Exchanges

    Repeato

At 6:25 we played 1 hand tap football.

We ended in the circle of trust. Did the Counterama and the Namerama. Ponzi was the 6 and laid down some inspiration. We named the FNG Rehab since he does physical therapy. PAX was:
    Jeopardy
    Tupac
    Ponzi
    Huckleberry
    Thai Guy
    Houdini
    Side Show
    Patriot
    Channel
    Butterfly
    Huffy (Q)
    Richard ‘Rehab” Johnston (FNG)

We did announcements (Ruck this Saturday), took prayer intentions and ended in prayer. At the start of the beatdown we discussed how our effort determines our results. The PAX busted tail through the whole beatdown. Not 1 man took it easy. Extreme effort = Exceptional Results. Great work men!!!
