Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.
The weather was perfect for a beatdown. We started with 8 PAX in the circle of trust with What F3 stands for, The Mission Statement, The Core Principles, and the you against you disclaimer. We followed that up with 25 side straddle hops, 15 Imperial Squats, and 20 Alternation side LBCs. Then we went through the stations and got to work.

We then circled up and held plank for 50 push ups around the circle. After that we did a Guantanamo (the slow version, one person at a time), mossied over to the COT. Did the Counterama where we gained a Tai Guy and ended with 9. Did the Namerama. Huck was the 6. Announcements were the Frog and a very inspirational Cherry Street Mission Beatdown update from Tupac. One of the reasons for F3, leaving others better than you found them. Ended in prayer. I wanted to call out the PAX for gathering me equipment while I was talking to Tupac. It meant a lot to me how you guys continue to step up without even being asked. You HIM are awesome!! God Bless You All!
