The Thang –
The workout started with a mosey to the stadium stairs. At that point, the group was advised of the ladder workout fun that we would engage in. The ratio was 1-12 (Tay Tay would have approved) and the first round consisted of the beloved Jack Webs (1:4 ratio) and Lt. Dan’s with a simple climb/descent of the stairs in between. Round two was the same ladder format but utilized Merkins and Jump Squats for the engaging entertainment. Although we were unable to partake on the following rounds, I am confident that fun was had by all and that the remaining items will appear at a later time (and workout).
COT- A prayer of Thanksgiving for the beautiful weather and ability to gather as a group in such a way. For the troops and first responders that provide us the support and freedom to gather in such a manner. Prayers that we might each look beyond ourselves to find (and recognize) those in need be it a large or small act and rise to the challenge being more Christ-like. For safety and support for all those within the group and within our lives.
