    – Start with first exercise (Merkins)
    – Carry Weight up and down steps (Rifle Carry, Farmers Carry, Ruck)
    – Perform first two exercises (Merkins & LT Dans)
    – Carry Weight up/down steps
    – etc…
    – Once you get through the pyramid, work your way back down
