Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.

    Warm-Up with Side Straddle Hops and Windmills and simple stretching

    Square – Out front. Split into groups 4 groups
    4 stations – 3 1/2 minutes per station with 30 seconds to mozy in between. Go to each station and demo for the new guys.
    Station 1 – 5 burpees, 10 lunges (2 is 1), 15 merkins, 20 American Hammers (2 is 1). Repeato for 3.5 minutes.
    Station 2 – 5 Absolutions, 10 squat jumps, 15 hand-release merkins, 20 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)
    Station 3 – 5 inchworms, 10 prisoner squats, 15 diamond merkins, 20 scissor-ups
    Station 4 – 5 Mike Tysons, 10 curtsey lunges (2 is 1), 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 Crunchy Frogs

    Circle – Mozy back to the circle. Pick a new partner
    With your partner – 10 merkin get-ups and
    10 Nolan Ryans (2 is 1).
    Run in opposite directions, when you meet up with your partner repeato all of the exercises. This time do 9 of everything. Keep counting down.
    We’ll do this for 10 – 12 minutes
