Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Today was combination of two previous beatdowns (Throw back)

    With a block

    Overhead Press 6
    Front Squat 7
    Bent over Row 8
    Dead Lift 9
    Back Squat 10

    15 Merkins
    40 Toes to Block

    Overhead Press 6
    Front Squat 7
    Bent over Row 8
    Dead Lift 9
    Back Squat 10

    Run

    Repeated the above 3 times with various exercises in between the sets.

    Next was a two team competition relay.

    Pax individually carries 3 blocks about fifteen yards out. Blocks are stacked and Pax does an up and over two times. Blocks are carried back upon completion. All team mates complete the block work. Pax not running complete the sequence below.
