Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Pax – 16 men came out to doom in 9 degree weather

    Poodle, Ticket, Smails, Bob Vance Vance refridge, Bullock, Nails, Irish Springs, Sherminator, Minnie, Brita, Mailman, Chapo, Mickey, Tucky Snake and Pixar

    Intro and then I mapped the plan with chalk and told everyone where to go. Didn’t want to waste time w a lap around the school. Drawing and written descriptions accompanied each marker for each station.

    Break into groups of 2

    5 stations set up on east side of building.
    Partners do the first drill, then one of the partner bear crawls to the next station and the other partner farmer carry both bricks. Then switch for next station…all the way thru the first 5 stations.

    1 – Irish Jigs – 15 taps a side

    2 – Rope skips 2-3 ropes (50 skips)

    3-Fat Thruster buster – 15

    4 – side shuffle w bands 20 yrds and back x 2

    5 – hand release Merkins – 20

    The same idea w this set but lunge instead of bear crawl.

    6 – Kilngers hold the brick overhead 15 (two is one)

    7- Kettle swings – 15

    8 – Side hip flexers (Bands) 20 each side

    9 – Deadlift, Curl and Curl and press 15

    10 – Squats w the block – 15

    Station 11 -10 burpees

    Got thru a couple rounds of this and then time to circle up.
