Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
Brief intro and review of 5 core principles. Dora style workout with social distance safety. One partner ran 30 yards (performed either 2 Lt Dans or 2 burpees at top of run) and ran 30 yards back. Working partner did prescribed exercise and then switch. Cumulative reps counted. Goal was to do all reps going up and get all the way back to start
