Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

23 Side Straddle Hops
Run down to the creek and back
Mosey to west side of campus, partner up
10 cones, 10 yards apart
Round 1: 5 merkins, bear crawl to next cone 5 BBS, BC to next cone, 5 Squats, next cone 5 MT Climbers 2 is 1, next cone 5 Mike Tysons, next cone 5 LT Dans, next cone 5 LBCs, next cone 5 burpees, next cone 5 Klinger Kicks 2 is 1, and finish at last cone 5 diamond merkins
Run back to the starting set of cones: Round 2, same excersises at each cone, this time 10 reps, and lunge in between each cone not bear crawl.
Run back for round 3: same exercises, this time 15 reps and partner wheel barrow between each cone. Once all three rounds completed, lap around campus
Each group was able to complete first three rounds, lap around school and round 1 and 2 again.
