    20 Crunches with 45lbs plate
    20 Twists with feet off the ground holding the plate
    10 full body crunches
    Leg Lift variations for 1 minutes
    10 push ups on comand
    1min plank
    30sec side plank each side
    Base 45’s (20 chest press, 20 side press,20 overhead press, 20 Rows,20 scull crushers)
    10 peekabos
    10 lat flies
    10 bent over flies
    20 jump lunges
    10 knees to chest
    5 pistols each leg

    Repeat 3 times
