The Thang
Beatdown began with 15 SSH IC. 15 merkins IC followed. Then 15 mountain climbers IC. Last but certainly not least 15 air squats IC. Warm up continued with arm circles and Michael Phelps OYO.
On to the fun stuff…
PAX started at the bottom of Faith Hill. They traversed up and down the hill in a mode of their choosing. Some guys ran, some guys did imperial walkers, some bear crawled, and some did farmers walk. After each round trip, PAX completed an exercise at the bottom of the hill. These were done in a pyramid. Trip one was ended with a set of 10 reps. Trip 12 got you 120 reps.
The pyramid looked like this.
10 side plank burpees
20 Burpees
30 T merkins
40 Squat kicks
50 Plank jacks
60 Surrenders
70 Merkins
80 Monkey humpers
90 Flutter kicks
100 Towel hops
110 LBC’s
120 SSH
