   YTC could have used a teleprompter during the 5 core principles
   We MOSEyed to a random spot at the back of Northview and backtracked
   Circled up for a quick warm-up:

   Broke PAX into groups of 3 or 4 for PHANTOM SHUFFLE 2 X10 which was if not an outright disaster far from successful, though
   it did induce copious amounts of mumble chatter. YTC was able to deduce that we don’t have many middle infielders at Mt. Doom this AM.

   DONNIE BASEBALL -ALL REPS 23 TIMES AFTER my childhood hero, Donnie Baseball.

   SINGLES ROUND: Complete all 4 exercises then, run the hill x1

   DOUBLES ROUND:Complete all 4 exercises then, run the hill x2

   MOUND VISIT – this was needed as the YTC was clearly on the strugglebus, the PAX was informed that no one was in the bullpen and it was their game to finish.Mostly I was talking to myself.

   TRIPLES ROUND Complete all 4 exercises then, run the half hill x3
   BURPEES 12/11 – did 12 first round/ 11 on the repeato
   SHOULDER PRESS (WEIGHT)
   WALKING LUNGE
   LBC REPEATO

   HR ROUND Complete all 4 exercises then, run the half hill x4

   SUPERMANS
   AM HAMMERS 2 IS 1
   BUTTERFLY
   BEAR CRAWL FRISBEE – with Bear Crawls on the line, Mailman and Froman executed a flawless Frisbee toss the length of the hill.
   Count-o-rama
   Name-o-rama – a serious cluster due to phone issues
   COT – Balco shared the great news that his job search is over – he is now employed and wanted to thank the PAX for prayers and all their help networking, Colonel reminded the PAX to be thankful for our health and asked for prayers for a good friend and his dad, YTC asked the Pax to look out not only for their own children but all kids like his parents did.

   Moleskin – Inspired by Belding’s post about Qing earlier in the week, I stepped up to the plate even though I had crazy week, I found myself staring at a screen at about 10:30 last night thinking WTF am I gonna do? Belting was so honored about naming him in the beatdown he promptly HC’d for the Oasis. I thought of changing beatdown to “Belding is a Dick” but most of us know that already. Got off to a rough start but I was dealing with the hurt of Pixar’s fartsack and Belding’s abandonment.
   Halfway through I was wishing I had picked Mantle as my favorite Yankee as his # was 8. Also wondered if the Q should be last.
   Qing for you gents was an honor and a blast. Let’s keep growing and keep Qing not for a patch but for our brothers.
