   Mt. Doom Backblast 5/26/18

   PAX: Jimmy Dean, Cousteau, Ticket, Bluto, Mr. Belding, FNG/Boots, Crash, Klinger, Hedgehog, Sideshow, The Hoff, Fever, FNG/Lasso

   QIC: Wake

   Warm up lap with ruck on

   We partnered up and headed to the base of the hill following an explanation of the following movements:

   Partner 1: ruck up and down hill
   Partner 2: merkins (as many as you can)
   5 hills each

   Partner 1: ruck up and down hill
   Partner 2: shoulder press the ruck (as many as you can)
   4 hills each

   Partner 1: ruck up and down the hill
   Partner 2: American Hammers (as many as you can)
   3 hills each

   QIC had to make an audible call for the sake of time. We had two more activities planned, but cut it short to complete the next phase of the beat down. PAX bear crawled up the hill with packs on, or farmer carried the weights back up the hill.

   At the top of the hill stations were set up and explained. For the remainder of the time we worked through the following:
   1. partner carry the barn beam the length of lot
   2. Tow strap used for rope shake
   3. Wood Block – toe touches
   4. Weights: farmer carry
   While your partner worked, you completed active rest – flutter kick position without the flutters, plank hold, or PAX’s choice.

   Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, named the two FNGs – Boots and Lasso, both EH’d by Wake.

   BOM praying for the following:
   Kids out of school
   Safe weekend
   Parents suffering loss of child
   Fallen and service to the country
