    Pax: Elena, Cousteau, Nails, Jimmy Dean (Q)

    These 4 men traversed about 3.5 miles in just under an hour, did a lap around Northview upon returning.

    YHC realized we had enough time left for a little PT, so we did 10 squats, 10 derkins, 20 ruck flutter kicks, and held a 60-second plank.

    We finished with a COT, praying for Elena’s family and those going back to school soon.

    Buckets O’ Fun

    Tried a little extra resistance work this day. Myself and fellow PAX brought in nearly 900 pounds of sand, gravel, cement, and dirt in assorted 5 Gallon buckets. Weights varied between 25 and 50 pounds. Barely set the buckets down for the majority of the workout.
    QIC – Stark
    PAX – Mercy, Ticket, Landslide, Gadget, Jake the Snake, Bluto, Brockavich, Jimmy Dean, Chew Toy, Belding, Kitty
    Warm-Up
    Sun Salutation, Good Mornings, Butt Kicks
    Bucket Carry around entire AO, from far tree by street to tree by the crick to top of Mount Doom – Leaders go back and pickup six until all are in.
    Partner Work
    1.) Iron Hulks – AKA Web Jacks 1:4 ratio of Merkins to Air Presses. While Partner Farmer Carries 2 Buckets Round Cones and Back (approx 25 yards). As a team go to level 10 and back down.
    Level 1 – 1 Merkin and 4 Air Presses
    ……
    Level 10 – 10 Merkins and 40 Air Presses. Back down starting at Level 10 Again.

    2.) Squat / Curl – 1:2 Ratio. 1 Squat and 2 Curls. While Partner Bucket Carries Up Mount Doom and back.
    Level 1 – 1 Squat and 2 Curls
    ……
    Level 10 – 10 Squats and 20 Curls. Back down starting at Level 10 Again.

    3.) Deadlift to Press – 100 as team while Partner completes sets of 10 Captain Thor (1 Big Boy Sit up and 4 American Twists *One legged Dead lift for an UP BUTTON*

    4.) Flutter Buckets – 200, 4-Count, as a team while partner does sets of 10 Lat Pulls per arm. *Add chest press for UP BUTTON*

    BONUS ROUND (OYO) – Ladder Up – Buckee, Squat Press, Bent Over Low Row

    COR, NOR, Gadget was the 6 and blessed to be doing this at his age, heck all of us are, gave some tips for continued posting through the winter. Prayers for our PAX to remain strong with each other. And health, always appreciative of our health to be able to do these things.
