   Pre-Ruck Pax: Deac, Beaker, Minnie, Billy Bob, Jimmy Dean (Q)

   After going over mission, principles & disclaimer, the 5 men took off for a 3.25 (or so) mile ruck around Sylvania, circling back to Mt. Doom and ascending its slope to the top. We completed an Indian ruck around the high school before closing with COR, NOR & COT.

   The Thang:
   After core principles, mission and disclaimer, a brief explanation of the beatdown to come, including a demo of each movement, a short warmup commenced with SSH IC, arm circles OYO and some Michael Phelps OYO.

   6 stations completed with Tabata timing; 1 minute on / 15 seconds rest per movement. After 3 movements at a station, 30 second interval to rotate. We had time to complete each station once, then repeated 3 stations one additional time.

   Station 1:
   Shoulder Press
   Merkins
   Flies

   Station 2:
   Curls
   Triceps Kicks
   Shrugs

   Station 3:
   Standing step thru lunges
   Side lunges
   Sumo Squats

   Station 4:
   Farmer Carry in Reverse 10 yards down the hill
   American Hammer
   Bear Crawl down, crawl bear up 10 yards down the hill

   Station 5:
   Cleans
   Bent over rows
   Straight leg deadlift

   Station 6:
   Step ups
   Imperial Walkers
   Weighted Flutter Kicks

   Ended with a plank version of Guantanamo: plank hold right arm up facing outside of the circle while PAX shuffled around the circle giving high fives – completed clockwise then left arm up counter clockwise.

   Finished with 100 merkins around the circle.

   Notable info for the Weasel Shaker: RevRun is Wake’s Brother, who has posted twice: once in Orlando, FL, and today at Mt. Doom. There is no known F3 location near his hometown.
