   F3’s Mission is: To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership
   • Free of charge;
   • Open to all men;
   • Held outdoor, rain or shine, heat or cold;
   • Peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the Workout, with no training or certification necessary;
   • End with a Circle of Trust (the “COT”)

   8 Windmills (8 weeks of Conditioning)
   15 Side Straddle Hops (15 days of 2 a days)

   Away games/ Scrimmages we ran from top of parking lot around wildcat and back before completing the exercises.
   Home games = No Travel / No Run, complete exercises right away.

   Scrimmages (No score kept so we did 10 Big Boy sit-ups for each scrimmage)

   We had about 8 minutes left so we stretched for 6 minutes then moved to COT
