Jog around both trees to bottom of Hill, end at first cone, explain workout.
5 cones on the bottom of the hill spaced out around 10 yds, same as top of hill.
Start at bottom of Hill with 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 American Hammers (2 is 1)
Run to bottom of hill (same cone), Frog jump to next cone, complete 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Monkey Humpers
Run to bottom of hill, Frog jump to next cone, complete 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Flutter Kicks (2 is 1)
Run to bottom of hill, Frog jump to next cone, complete 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Air Squats (w/weight) (cinderblock, or 10/25 lb plate/dumbell)
Run to bottom of hill, Frog jump to next cone, complete 5 triple merkin burpees
Run to top of hill, complete 20 Freddy Mercuries (2 is 1)
Run back to 1st cone
Repeato till 6:40, Pick up 6 after you have completed 4 rounds.
Stay at bottom of hill
Partner up and Ro Sham Burpees, play to 5.
