   27 Post, no FNGs
   After two rounds of count off and splitting up into 4 teams we attacked four different stations.
   Station1: lap a round NV campus all 3 sets
   Station2: first set wall sits/2 set squats/3 set back to wall sits
   Station3: first set defensive slides/2 set wall jumps/3 set defensive slides
   Station4: first set merkens/2 set burpees/3 set LBC

   Goal was to get 4 sets, time ran out. Finished off with 40 merkens in honor of Wake and Matar’s birthday.
   COT: prayer request for Brita and Bluto’s dad, Mickey’s wife and in-laws, Romano’s wife, Dartanyan’s wife’s uncle, Dauber’s mother-in-law, and several more. Thanked God for the freedom we have and the men and women who protect us each and every day.
