   The Thang:
   Warm up : partner Up
   Side Stradle Hops 25, M. Phelps, Arm Circles, Leg Stretches, 10 pushups, 10 Mountain Climbers,
   Mosey to Bottom of the Hill with partners split
   One Partner does workout while other runs the hill till set amount of reps is completed. Switching after ever time.
   50 Burpees
   100 Merkins
   100 Mountain Climbers
   100 flutter kicks (2 is 1)
   100 squats
   Repeato till 6 completes

   Mosey to Football Field
   Bear crawl every 5 yards do 3 regular merkins for 100 yards
   Sprint 10 yards do a burpee every 10 yards for 100 yards
   Crab walk every 5 yards do 3 Merkins for 100 yards
   Sprint 10 yards drop every 10 yards for a burpee for 100 yards
   Scrooge and Mater were monsters today and no one could catch them. Respect. Nothing could stop them. Even hard uncomfortable ground. Made Q miss pacesetter soft field.
   Sprint to top of hill to flag

   6 min of Mary
   25 partner sit ups
   50 mason twists
   Hold legs up for 1 min
   52 Merkins for Froman’s birthday . Serious respect. Q fell apart at 41. Finished weak. Froman didn’t waver even at his age.
   90 Sec Plank not easy on hard pavement with fatigue fully kicking in

   Prayer Intentions; Melissa from klinger’s work who tragically lost her life and splinter’s coworker who was involved in a serious accident. Brita always reminds us to remember and respect the troops . Bluto’s Dad and Brita’s dad .

   Final word:
   PAX was strong today and full of heart. It was not easy to finish but nobody quit . I feel like if we can get thru that at 530 on Monday we can get thru anything this week has to bring. Thanks again I truly love this group of men and what they do for each other, the community of male leadership and myself.
