   PAX Present: Splinter, Colonel, The Mickey, Ozzie, Pixar, Modell, Mr. Belding, Honeymoon, Trapeze, Worm, Mayor, Klinger, Brita, Poodle, Jimmy Dean, Cogsworth, Gap, Sideshow, Dauber, Mailman, Froman, Ollie, Sipe, Hustle, Scrooge, Gadget, Glitch, Yorkie, Trinity and 1 FNG: Bob Ross

   The Thang:
   PAX split up into 3 groups and rotated around three stations with a lap in between each exercise. Each station had two exercise options: a Red Pill or Blue Pill. A signature F3 cinder block was carried by each group and kept in constant motion through the exercises.
   Station 1: Red Pill = 50 Derkins
   Blue Pill = Bear crawl backwards down the hill, forwards back up the hill

   Station 2: Red Pill = 25 Burpees
   Blue Pill = 25 Jump Squats

   Station 3: Red Pill = 50 Shoulder Taps
   Blue Pill = 25 lunges per leg

   Upon completing the first round we planked at the top of the hill. A round of Guantanamo served as a “breather” before we headed back out to complete a second round. Upon completion of the second round Trapeze led us through 50 LBCs and then Colonel led us on 3 trips down the hill with two backwards runs to the top and run or bear crawl to the top to finish. A final round of Guantanamo brought us home.

   CoT:
   We had one FNG join us. Welcome Patrick Myers, now know as Bob Ross. Prayers for Britta’s dad, Ticket’s recovery, the Troops and friends/family traveling this week.

   I not so eloquently (not elegantly either) attempted to paraphrase a JFK quote. Here is the accurate quote: As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
