   28 PAX posted including 2 FNGs: Mater, Hacksaw, Hedgehog, Klinger, Colonel, Dauber, Kitty, Ollie, Trapeze, Trinity, Mr. Belding, Splinter, Sideshow, Wake, Brita, Cogsworth, Gap, Glitch, Ozzie, Romano, Honeymoon, Yorkie, Froman, Pixar, Mickey, Modell and FNGs Chris “Jazzy C” Aufenberg, and Kyle “Toto” Mauter

   -OYO stretching while I kicked off with F3 principles and gave an overview of the morning’s workout and exercises.

   – Warmup: Counted off by 2s to partner up for the rest of the morning and started with a quick lap around Northview HS. Came back and did 10 sets of “absolution”.

   – Ab Medley: Broke into 2-man teams to complete 200 “American Hammers”, 250 “Crunchy Frogs”, and 300 “Hundreds”. One man performed the exercise while the other took a run down Faith Hill, completed 5 Burpees, and ran back up to switch with his partner and pick up on the exercise where the partner left off. This was repeated until reps of all 3 exercises were done. The PAX jumped in to help teams complete toward the end.

   – Last Stop: 20 slow-hold and fast squats in cadence. Finished w 1 round of Guantanamo.
