   Warmup
   After a quick disclaimer by YHC to make sure everyone knew it’s You vs. You in the snow we made for a quick lap around the trees and up the hill. YHC attempted to split the group into fast guys and slow guys but for I feel many PAX were a little to humble with there running skills. After it was all sorted out we paired off with groups of a Fast & Slow PAX and got to explaining.

   Partner B.L.I.M.P.S.
   Partner 1 runs a lap around the trees and up the hill while Partner 2 does the following and then flip flop.
   Burpess
   Lunges
   Imperial Walkers
   Merkins
   Plank Jacks
   Squats

   Since everyone was quite speedy this morning YHC informed the PAX for Reverse Bear Crawls down and Bear Crawls back up repeato 3 times.

   Circled up for COT lots of prayer requests for family members undergoing surgery or sickness, Beldings new job, Troops, Daubers dads bday. Finished up with a BOM against YHC wishes.

   Thanks for the opportunity to lead you men in the gloom, glad I could keep us all plenty warm today.

   Moleskin:
   I’m pretty sure something was said about Honeymoon needs prayers to get outta bed when it’s cold.
   Some mumblechatter about Bear’s not having knees during the bear crawls was heard.
   There’s a possibility Froman will hit his 100th workout tomorrow.
   Might have to think about an alternative to planting the shovel flag in the frozen tundra.
