   Warmup with windmills x 20, run around the school building

   Six workout stations around the hill, Completed the circuit 2.5x
   – Diamond merkins x 20
   – Hydraulic Situps x 20
   – Stackers x 20
   – Surrenders x 20
   – Plank Jax x 20
   – Burpees x 15

   Bridge over Nest – partner up, Pax1 does 10 squats, 10 merkins, 10 LBC at bottom of hill.

   The Six: Cogsworth yielded floor to Klinger who share with us his experiences while serving in the military
