   Short runs throughout Sylvania to various landmarks included Maplewood, Plummer Park/Pool, VMF fields, VMF memorial, Pickle ball courts, and Sylvania Historical village. The runs were briefly interrupted by exercises that were chosen by a random wheel of doom and included situps, merkins, squats, Around-the-world-planks, sideline drills, planks, and jump squats. Rep counts for each exercise was decided by the roll of 6 dice (ranged from 6-36, with 21 being the common number rolled…)

   Added in interesting historical/fun facts at each stop.

   Know your 6 was Pixar.

   Ended in COT with count, name-a-rama, prayer intentions, and announcements.
