   The Thang:

   24 men proceeded to journey around Faith Hill with 5 stations. We counted off 1-4 and had 4 groups. We separated and did the following stations throughout Faith Hill running from station to station, except after station 2 we bear crawled up the hill.

   Station 1: 25 merkins, 25 mountain climbers, 60 sec. plank
   Station 2: 15 burpees, 20 jump squats, 20 sit ups
   Bear crawl up the hill
   Station 3: 10 donkey kicks, 60 sec. wall sit, 10 donkey kicks
   Station 4: 30 LBCs, 30 American Hammers, 30 Imperial Walkers
   Station 5: 20 Side saddle hops, 20 Heisman’s, 20 around the worlds

   Upon completion of the stations we planked for the six and proceeded to do Guantanamo to finish. Great effort and push by all. It was an honor to lead. Welcome Deuce! Aye!
