   Back Blast 9/10/2018
   The Double Double
   Q: Brute
   24 PAX, no FNGs
   Covered what F3 stands for and the 5 Core Principals
   Started with a small jog and then split into teams of two

   7 stations with 2 exercises listed: team was to do 17 reps for one exercise and 11 reps for the other. After round 1, take a lap around NV, come back to station and reapto. After repeating the exercises move on to the next station. Complete 17 and 11 reps, run from NV up to the street light at the corner of Silica and Erie Street. Repeato onto the next station….

   Believe everyone did 6 total stations, some might have finished all seven and should have ran close to 2 miles if not more.

   COT: prayers for first responders, soldiers, and remembrance for all those families who lost love ones on 9/11.
   PAX: OZ, Mater, Sideshow, Splinter, Commodus, Bullock, Dollywood, Link, Scrooge, Glitch, Dirty, Aboo, Kitty, Rose, Gusto, Coco, Poodle, Mole, Hacksaw, Hedgehog, Colonel, Ollie, Mickey, Brute.

   Always an honor to lead a great group of men. I encouraged everyone to remember “Who has it better than Us?” Nobody!
