   –Warm up–
   -Windmills
   -SSHs
   -Jog

   –Workout–
   Protractor

   45’s (45sec work 15sec rest)
   -Circuit 1
   -Squats, Jumps, Lunges x2
   -First hill run

   -Circuit 2
   -LBCs, Big Boy Situps, American Hammer
   -Second hill run

   -Circuit 1 again with hill run between each set
   -Planned on Circuit 2 again and another round of Protractor but ran out of time.
