   Run 1 Lap and meet at the bottom of the hill

   Partner Up-while one partner climbs the hill, the other does the movement, then switch picking up the rep count where the partner left off.

   400 Vertical Mountain Climbers
   300 Air Squats
   200 Plank Punches
   100 Merkins

   Last hill climb as a full PAX-AYG to the parking lot and circle up. There was still time on the clock to get some work in (this PAX, because they’re F3 Fit, beat the time hack.)

   6 minutes of Mary:
   Slow count IC flutter kicks
   Slow count IC Big Boi Sit Ups
   Slow count IC Am Hammers
   Superman work on your belly followed by some brief abs stretching
