The Thang –
Ladder between big-boy situps (20 decreasing) at the bottom of hill, and American hammers (1 increasing) at the top of hill. Movement downward is the jog/run, while the upward method of travel was bear crawl until 10 remaining big-boy situps which allowed the option to lunge up.
COT – Prayers of healing for Mater’s wife. Prayer of thanks for F3 with the opportunities it has afforded so many. Prayers for those unspoken and those who have been absent, that they might be well and we see them return soon.
