Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Reviewed the core principles of F3 and presented the disclaimer. Mentioned that roughly 660,000 US service men and women have lost their lives in battle for our country throughout the years. The plan was to each do 660 reps of something in honor of them but I ran out of time to plan that out.

Warmups were 20 SSH IC and 20 merkins IC

    The Thang:
We split the PAX into 6 teams of 5. There were 8 cones placed throughout the grounds. Each cone had 4 cards with different exercises. The race was for each team (any number can go to the cones but the exercises are done at the start line) to get to each cone, remember the exercises and go back to their team and do the exercises. The team can not go to the next cone until all team members completed the exercises. Teams can go to the cones in any order they choose. The first team to finish all 8 cones wins.

After we were done with the cone races we went to the top of the hill for some Mary. I forget exactly what we did (it’s been about a week since the workout and JD is all over my ass to get this done) but I know we did Guantanamo and peddle pushers. There may have been something else in there that I’m forgetting.

Ended with the six, COT and prayers for our service men and women on this Memorial Day. It was an honor to lead the group on Memorial Day.
