Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    Beautiful, crisp cool morning, on the first Monday of June at Faith Hill. 45 degrees outside in June is what we all were hoping for. The PAX trickled in and were eager to get moving.

    We circled up and welcomed our FNG headlocked by Colonel and Trinity. Explained the 5 core principles and then proceeded to warm up:

    Warm-Up:
    -SSH x 25 IC
    -High Knees / Butt Kicks for ~1 minute.
    -Serpentine Mosey around the tree, light pole near bridge, and then up and down the hill a couple times.
    (The PAX at this point were letting YHC have it as they were less than thrilled with the dew from the grass soaking their feet). Thankfully the wet grass was not enough to make anyone drop out. Remember, don’t DFQ!

    The Thang:
    -Circled up at one end of the field and did:
    -WMD’s x 10 IC ( 1 wide, 1 regular, 1 diamond)
    -Suicides on the field – 20 / 40 / 40 / 20 / goaline
    -American Hammers x 40 IC (switched way legs were cross 1/2 way through).
    (Executed Flawlessly by YHC with minimal mumblechatter and complaining from the PAX. Colonel was so strong he went hands free and was doing the wave like he was at a Kentucky basketball game.)
    -Suicides on the field – 20 / 40 / 40 / 20 / goaline
    -Copperhead squats IC x 35 (4 count down and then up on 1)
    -Mosied to bottom of Hill for 5 Hill runs.

    -Next we moseyed over to tennis courts where we did partner dips and merkins on the benches. (Partner holds feet while holding squat poistion, while other partner dips and then switch. (1 minute and then switch)
    -Next we did merkins on the bench for 45 seconds with partner holding feet, then switched.

    -We moseyed back to the top of the hill for final hill runs:
    –Run down to the middle cone and back pedal to the sideline and run back up the hill
    –Run down to the first cone, bear crawl to middle cone, back pedal to side line and run up the hill.
    –Run down to the first cone, bear crawl to the far cone, back pedal to first cone and run up the hill.

    -Assist in retrieving cones.

    -We circled up for nameorama, countorama (23!), get to know the six.
    -Mater was our six and he talked about his time with F3 and how it helps hold him accountable. Thanks for sharing your story Mater!

    Great having everyone out on a cold June Monday. Love hearing the chatter even if it is 70% complaining. Everyone was wet but we are men, so we pushed through. #ISI
