Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Mailman was named after Karl Malone. Karl Malone wore number 11 and number 32 in his career. Mailman explained we will be doing either 32 reps or 11, it is “your choice.” If you do 32 reps then you will run down the hill to the creek *do (5) burpees and back up to move on to the next exercise. If you do 11 reps you need to run the hill *do (5) burpees, 2x.
It was a rainy day, but we were able to get in some good work! Thanks to those who came out!
MOVEMENTS:
M: Merkins
A: Arm Raises
I: Incline Merkins (wall on the school)
L: lunges (2 is 1)
M: man makers (Burpees)
A: Ascending Gentlemen (wall on school)
N: narrow squats
Then if you finished this, you moved onto the “Beast Round.” However, in this round there was no choice, it is always 32 reps.
B: burpees
E: even more burpees
A: around the worlds (4 is 1)
S: squats
T: take a lap around the school…you are too fit!
