The Thang:
After some banter in a text the night before Bluto was looking forward to not running around the building. So YHC was sure to build that into the workout and yet Bluto was a fartsacker and didn’t get enjoy our warm up lap around the school.
After getting our hearts pumping on a nice and cool 65 degree morning we paired up for some DORA.
As a team complete the following while your partner runs the hill down and up. (a little audible from up and down to keep us a little bit dryer)

Called time at 0610 and COR, NOR, the 6 was Mole, and Prayer intentions for Ollie’s family, Colonels buddy from back home.
Moleskin: YHC had full intention of only 2 is 1 on the klinger kicks but Mole & Rubble decided to team up and the firebreathers they are I needed to add to the workout to make sure they weren’t standing around watching the rest of us suffer. YHC is a terrible friend and forgot to include Mailman in the prayer as he is welcoming his 3rd 2.0 today. Prayers for him and hope he can return the gloom in a timely manner. Always an honor to lead these Men and should not be taken lightly.
