Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
14 pax showed up to celebrate a “Hill” of a good time.
QIC – Ollie
Pax:
Trinity, Tweety, Cogsworth, Bacon, Scrooge, Rose, Tidwell, Bubbles, Rubble, Mole, Brute, Mayor, Costanza, Ollie
Warm-up:
1) SSH – 20 in cadence
2) Windmills – 15 in cadence
Mozy down the hill around the tree and back up the hill.
The Thang:
Partner up
1) Burp Back Mountain: one partner runs the hill (run down backpedal back up) x5 while other partner does burpees. Switch and other partner runs. Total burpees performed between the two is 100 burpees.
2) Elevens: partner big boy sit-ups at the top of hill and partner merkins at the bottom of the hill
3) Pax run to the bottom of the hill, bear crawl across the practice football field, lunge walk back across the football field and then bear crawl back up the hill
4) Circle up at top of the hill – 35 American hammers in cadence and 35 flutter kicks in cadence
