Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
26 men stroller into Northview high school on a perfect Monday morning. Goals of the day were to conquer the hill, bang out clean reps, and get better.
Each pax partnered off. One cinder block per pair. Format was Dora. One pax worked while the other did a hill sprint.
