Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    Warm Up – Jog to each station to explain new moves we would be doing

    The Thang

    Round 1
    10 each leg – Single Leg Squats
    30 second – 6″ leg hold
    Run down hill to Station 2

    Jump Circuit – Side jump right, broad jump forward, side jump left, broad jump backward – 5 laps
    15 (2 is 1) – Freddy Mercuries
    Lunge to Station 3

    15 – Walking Bridges
    15 each side – Side Crunches
    Run up hill to Station 4

    20 – Calf Raises
    15 (2 is 1) – Windshield Wipers
    Frog Jump to Station 1

    Round 2
    15 (2 is 1) – Lunges
    15 – Reverse Crunches
    Run down hill to Station 2

    15 each side – Jane Fondas (side leg raises)
    15 (2 is 1) – Opposite Leg V Ups
    Lunge to Station 3

    15 – Jump Squats
    15 (2 is 1) – Dead Bugs – Start in Crunch position with arms to the sky, extend right leg forward and left arm down above head, return, extend left leg forward and right arm down above head
    Run to Station 4

    10 each side – Single Leg Bridges
    20 – Forward leg lifts
    frog jump to Station 1

    Round 3
    15 – merkins
    1 min – 6″ leg hold
    Run to Station 2

    15 – Plank Jack Shoulder Taps
    5 laps – jump circuit
    Walking Squat to Station 3

    15 – decline merkins (feet up hill)
    15 each side – side crunches
    run up hill to station 4

    10 inch worms
    20 – forward leg lifts
    frog jump to station 1

    4th Round
    10 – burpees
    15 – reverse crunches
    run down hill to station 2

    15 – diamond merkins
    15 (2 is 1) – opposite leg v ups
    run to station 3

    15 – stump huggers
    15 – dead bugs
    run to station 4

    5 each way – plank walks
    10 each side – single leg bridges
    30 second 6″ leg hold
