Q: Nougat

The Thang: Nougat didn’t have a particular route in mind, so he asked Gap to lead…who was more than happy to oblige. Rucked 3.12 miles at a solid pace, cutting the ruck a bit short to prep for IPC Week 0 workout.

6: Bull – EH’ed by Nougat. Nickname is Bull from Night court, because he works at the courthouse. F3 represents something he didn’t realize was missing, and provides extra motivation to be consistent and push himself.
