F3 principles and discussed the pace of the ruck – Speedy, but probably not Christmas Weed ruck pace
Covered 3.54 miles in a Tabata style speedy ruck. Standard No Coupon ruck up to Old Orchard.
Once in Old Orchard we ran to the next streetlight, then walked to the next streetlight, – Repeat-O down the streets
This was done for nearly half of the ruck – tiring and sweaty!
Pax put in 3.54 miles with an average pace of 14’44” per mile.
