Out of guilt and/ or a sense of duty the 3 gentlemen above decided to join me in honoring Lt. Michael Murphy at the inaugural Caddyshack Murph. I think if Rocko actually knew what he was in store for he may have taking the road less fartsacked. After a brief review of core principles, explanation, etc. We were off. We repeated a1/2 mike loop and then the misery began. We all opted for 5 pull-ups, 10 push, 15 squat routine. About 15 minutes in Rocko “so we just keep doing this?”; Modell “ Dauber, this is a great idea.” Scrooge “I hate this”
We got about 60 to 70% done and stopped so we could get the mile in. A pretty miserable yet great morning ended with a reading of Lt. Murphy’s heroics, a dedication to “8-Mile my BIL, who is currently overseas, NOR, COT.
