   The Thang:
   17 men joined together to do a star “curse” designed by the one and only Pixar. There were 10 total points or stations to the star, inside and outside points.
   Each of the 5 obtuse angle points were 5 burpees
   Top point of star was 20 plank jacks
   2 wings of the star were 20 merkins and 20 wide merkins
   The 2 bottom points of the star were 25 jump squats and 25 mountain climbers.
   There was time for 3 complete rounds. The 1st and 3rd rounds of each of the 10 points of the star were bear crawled to. Round 2 was lunges to each of the 10 points of the star. So we bear crawled or lunged the entire time.
   With 7 minutes remaining the PAX circled up for some YOGA. There was time for 3 Brita sun salutations and warrior balance poses with merkins and up/down dogs mixed in.

   The 6 — Oz Strong words about the direction he hopes the AO’s will transform back into. Attendance has been low and dedication at a minimum. With 400 men on the Sylvania GM and 10-15 posting to a beatdown, there is a failure somewhere in the chain. Leaders must diagnose and solve it.
