The thang:
Introduction- Side straddle hops, Fist pushups, Air squats
Merry go-round drill:
Two cones set up on one end of an oval and two cones at the end of oval.
One corner cone- do 5 burpees, then bear crawl 20 yards to other corner cone. Then sprint the 70yrd straightaways. Then do 5 burps, the curve do bear crawls (modify lunges), then sprint the 100yrs straightaway. Repeato. Switch from burpees 5 laps, mountain climbers 3 laps, merkins 3 laps.
Circle up – 5 pull-ups , abs blaster workout, Big boys, Freddie Mercury’s, lbcs,
Plank up downs, imperial walkers, repeato
Jump ropes – 3. Mins. If you don’t have a rope hop in place always stay moving.
