10/30/19 – Halloween Nightmare @ Pride Rock

Night before Halloween beatdown. The steady rainfall did not prevent this group of HIM of getting better.
The beatdown was broken into three distinct locations / neighborhoods to do a little trick-or-treating.
Location #1 – Pride Rock Parking Lot
Four Corners – run to each corner and perform said exercise. 10 Merkins – 10 Imperial Walkers – 10 Merkins – 10 Imperial Walkers
Run to location #2 – half mile run
Location #2 – Water Tower Parking Lot
Four Corners – run to each corner – 10 squats – 10 plank jack shoulder taps -10 squats -10 plank jack shoulder taps
Run to location #3 – half mile run
Location #3 – Sylvania Quarry Parking Lot
Group did burpees in cadence followed by 10 plank twists & 2 minute plank
Run back to location #2 – four corners – 10 Lt. Dans, 10 Merkins , 10 Lt. Dans, 10 Merkins
Run back to start. COT. Pixar was the “6” offering words of wisdom to the PAX. Group went back to Pride Rock roots with 2nd F at Tekela.
