    Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.

    The Thang –

    PAX broke into two teams. Team one stayed at the first cone and team two moseyed to the far cone. Each team was assigned an exercise which they would perform until they performed the movement to the opposing end. At that point, they would begin the workout at that end until all PAX traversed to the opposite end.

    Round 1

    Team one completed air squats and team two completed Lt. Dan’s. Movement between ends was lunge with cinder block.

    Round 2

    Team one completed Stumphuggers and team two completed merkins. Movement between ends was the bear crawl.

    Round 3

    Team one completed Klinger Kicks and team two completed Big Boy Sit-ups. Movement between ends was the squat-twist-180 with cinder block.

    Round 4

    Team one completed American Hammers and team two completed Prisoners. Movement between the ends was lunges (no cinder block).

    COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. For those wives who are pregnant for safe, healthy and joyous births. For Dauber as he continues to heal. Prayers that we keep our eyes open for opportunities to touch and influence those who are lost, lonely or looking for meaning especially with the early darkness, cold and holidays that can often add to negative thoughts and/or feelings that one might have.
