    Pax (16): Billy Bob, Splinter (from the Fort), Houdini, Klinger, Tweety, Brita, Chapo, Goose, Mick, Belding, Smails, Bagels, Sipe, Speedo, Trojan.

    Warm-up – 5 Burpees, jog to opposite side of parking lot, 10 merkins (Repeato 2 times to get warm)

    YHC attempted to mix in some new exercises. Jury is still out on whether or not those were successful.

    1. Inverted Plank Jacks (feet on wall at approximately 60 degree angle, weight on forearms) – 20 reps in cadence. Repeato

    Pax then lined up with starting lined up in parking lot. Starting point was one lamp post and finishing point was next lamp post with a burpee in the middle. We alternated with 1 Merkin at the start and 2 squats at the opposite side. Then 3 merkins followed by 4 squats and so on. Bear crawl down to midway point, burpee then jog the rest. Crawl bear back to midway point, burpee then jog the rest of the way. We did 2 rounds then shifted to lunges in place of bear crawls.

    We then transitioned to medicine ball drops. All pax lined up on their six. First pax dropped 15 lb medicine ball on their abs 10 times while rest of pax did a big boy sit up with an american hammer mixed in. We continued until all pax had completed 10 drops.

    Back on the line for more merkins and squats starting where we had left off. Additional round of big boy situps and finally some burpees to finish us off.
