The Thang:
We split into 5 teams and on the soccer field with cones spaced approximately every 20 yards with exercises labeled on the cones. Two pax started while the rest of the team was doing lunges. Circuit included the following:
Wheel barrow to first cone (1 pax run back and repeat with different partner)
-20 big boy sit ups
Bear crawl to next cone
-Forearm side plank twists x 20 per side
Pony-ups to next cone
-30 merkins
Bear crawl to next cone
-10 burpees
Crawl Bear to final cone
-15 reverse grip merkins
Plank until last team member is done. Then sprint back to the start as a team.
REPEAT-O
Mosey across the parking lot to picnic benches for a round of merkins, derkins and tricep presses.
Mosey back to flag for a few minutes of Mary.

Notes: It was hot, hotter than hot actually. YHC encouraged Pax to take water breaks in between and to stay in shade during recoveries.
